-Questions Regarding: Returns, Adjustments, & Repairs

We’re very, very understanding in regards to both returns and adjustments/repairs.

• In regards to returns, we ask that you reach out to us within 1-2 days of receiving the order by private message or by email.

• In regards items needing size-adjustment or slight repairs, we’re definitely happy to help free of charge. We ask that you reach out to us directly by message or by email.

Shipping

 

Basic Shipping Info:    

   Orders are processed within 24-48 hours upon receipt and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or a national holiday will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Domestic Basic Shipping: 

       We ship with USPS on all domestic orders under $30 within the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Orders under $30 will be charged a $3 shipping fee. 

Packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail packages generally arrive within 6-10 days (however please allow up to 2-3 weeks before inquiring about status)

  • Domestic Expedited Shipping:

    Expedited shipping options and their respective prices will be given at checkout. 

    • International Shipping:

          International orders are shipped insured via USPS Priority Mail. Packages generally arrive within 6-10 days (however please allow up to 2-3 weeks before inquiring about status) + howlong the package takes in customs. 

    The recipient is responsible for paying for import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees given by the destination country. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
